Fanlistings are groups of people who all like the same thing.  A directory, if you will, of fans.  If you are interested, go to the fanlistings homepage for more information and a long list of other "official" listings.  The pictures used in the layout and codes were made from artwork by Monica Izcovich.  I found it difficult to find good pictures of Lady Sybil; the only one I found on the cover of Guards, Guards is really not very flattering.  But Monica's pictures are lovely and I think they capture Lady Sybil beautifully.
